ABOUT THE FOUNDER

 

 

Adventures Beyond Group of brands was launched by Luke Talbot-Male in 2001. Luke commenced his career in Adventure Tourism working as a sea kayak guide and Cameleer on desert crossing expeditions throughout Australia with camels (amongst other things) and has been working in the team building and adventure tourism industries for over 20 years.

 

Luke launched the group to help pursue his love of adventure and business and to live out a life full of experiences.

 

Luke is a proud father of 2 wonderful children Nadia and Kai and is married to his wonderful wife Jane. They live in regional South Australia in the seaside town of Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

 

Apart from running a busy business, Luke is a passionate surfer and likes to head out on holidays and adventures whenever possible. Luke is the Deputy Chair of Fleurieu Peninsula Tourism and also sits on the Sports Advisory Panel for Surfing Australia. Past experiences including being a board member on the Kangaroo Island Tourism Board and President of Backpacking South Australia.

 

Luke is an experienced and sought after consultant and works closely with many Executive teams helping them to be better leadership groups and to get the best out of their teams.
